Colleagues, I am trying to identify one-year Master's programs in environmental policy. I have an extremely capable former MA student from Argentina, who completed our MA program in Development Management and has been working in Argentina for a well-known transnational development advocacy organization. She has gotten very interested in environmental policy but is not interested in making a career of collecting MA degrees or leaving Argentina for more than one year. She has strong training in methods, development economics and its discontents, etc., but not much environmental background. She is looking for advanced training on regulation, national legal and administrative systems, politics of environmental policy/management, and related topics.
