Colleagues: My school (American University's School of International Service) is looking for someone to fill an administrative academic post, overseeing a cluster of three of our MA programs (global environmental policy, international development, and international economics). This is a contract position, not a tenure line. The work is mainly admin (recruitment, admissions, curriculum development, scheduling, etc.) with a 1-1 teaching load (most likely at the grad level, and in one or more of the relevant MA programs). This is part of an admin reorganization so it is a new position. Lots of opportunities to build bridges across these three programs, which were previously administered separately.
