Hi all, An acquaintance, already working in program development at an intergovernmental climate change center, is looking for online PhD programs related to climate change or environmental studies. He has an interdisciplinary MS in climate change that combines natural and social sciences. He is place-bound because of his professional obligations. So if any of you know of any reputable doctoral programs for which most of the work can be completed online, I would appreciate your suggestions.
