Greetings, Gep-Eders,
I'm writing to tap the collective experience/wisdom of the list. My university is considering expanding our study abroad program to include faculty exchanges: foreign professor comes here, American professor goes there. Does anyone have an institutional template for how this might work? I'm concerned about visa issues, house/office swaps, advising, holes in the curriculum, and the unknown-unknowns. We are starting from scratch and don't have a fixed deadline for designing a process, but we'd like to try this in the next year or two. If anyone has any information, documents, links, or advice, I would love to know, and thank you! -Beth Elizabeth L.
