The Professor/Reader may also contribute to energy policy classes integrated into a refreshed Global Energy Management and Policy MSc degree offered by the Strathclyde Business School.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work with leading scholars in the School’s Centre for Energy Policy on strategic management, funded projects and proposals that will expand and build further the global reputation of the Centre (https://www.strath.ac.uk/humanities/centreforenergypolicy/). The candidate will help to shape and lead new cross-disciplinary strategic initiatives in and around the university’s Energy and Energy Policy strategic theme (https://www.strath.ac.uk/workwithus/energy/areasofexpertise/energypolicy/).

We seek an appointee who will develop further the existing national and international reputation of Government and Public Policy at Strathclyde (https://www.strath.ac.uk/humanities/governmentpublicpolicy/), through an outstanding record of accomplishment in research, knowledge exchange, teaching, and leadership, including a sustained record of external funding awards and postgraduate recruitment.

Please find the full applicartion details and a link to the application portal online (https://www.strath.ac.uk/workwithus/strathclydeglobaltalentprogramme/faculties/facultyofhumanitiesandsocialsciences/ and click on Government & Public Policy) and do email the Head of Department, Professor Thomas Scotto ([email protected]), for further details.
