Dear all,

with apologies for cross-posting, I wanted to draw your attention to a
fully funded PhD opportunity in the School of Government and Public Policy
at the University of Strathclyde (Deadline: 30 April 2020 at 12:00 noon).

The project focuses on climate treaty making and statistical modeling,
including strategic statistical models and social network analysis. Funding
is available for 3 or 1+3 years depending on prior methods training and
allows the successful applicant to complete a funded one-year Masters in
Political Research before joining the doctoral programme. The studentship
funded under the ESRC Advanced Quantitative Methods (AQM) steer includes a
monthly stipend, a tuition waiver, and access to a training fund.

The student will be supervised by myself and Professor Mark Tranmer from
the University of Glasgow. Please do contact me with questions prior to
applying. Further details can be found here:
https://www.sgsss.ac.uk/studentship/making-international-climate/

All the best,
Patrick
