The Yale School of the Environment seeks a scholar in the field of 
environmental policy and governance for a tenure track appointment as Assistant 
or Associate Professor. Applicants should have a growing record of 
accomplishments, or show promise thereof, of empirically-based research in 
environmental politics and institutions, international relations, global 
governance, sustainable development, political economy, or other areas related 
to environmental and natural resource policy and governance.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree in a closely related field, and will 
be expected to teach and mentor students at the PhD, Masters and undergraduate 
level, as well as to develop an internationally-recognized research program 
that involves graduate students. The successful candidate will also be expected 
to contribute leadership to the interdisciplinary mission of the School and to 
the Master of Environmental Management specialization in Environmental Policy 
Analysis, one of nine specializations for professional Masters degree students.
