Post-doctoral researcher needed: Greening the Global Financial Architecture
Boston University’s Global Development Policy Center (GDP Center) seeks a post-doctoral research fellow to work on projects related to reforming global economic institutions such that they enable nations to recover from the COVID crisis in a manner that reduces inequality and accelerates progress toward zero net carbon emissions by 2050. The successful candidate will have a PhD in economics, political science, sociology or similar subject; have strong knowledge of the political economy of trade, investment, and finance, and have strong quantitative skills; and strong English writing skills in a variety of forms. The position will begin in the fall semester of 2020 and extend for one academic year, with the possibility of renewal for one additional year.
