A position as PhD Research Fellow is available at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute 
(FNI) at Lysaker (just outside Oslo) in Norway. The fellowship is for three 
years and the topic is "China's capacity building in the Arctic - relevance for 
Norway". Language competence in Chinese is desired, but not required. Working 
proficiency communications skills in a Scandinavian language is required. More
