Dear colleagues,
It is my pleasure to invite you to join the March edition of the Earth System
Governance Project Speaker Series, titled ‘It’s About Time! Temporality,
Tensions and Earth System Governance of the Future'.
In this ESG Speaker Series webinar, we examine how the notion of time is used,
shapes and constructs environmental governance and politics from multiple
social science perspectives. Jeroen Oomen (Urban Futures Studio, Utrecht
University) will lead the conversation, with Dr. Manjana Milkoreit (University
of Oslo) and Dr. Victor Galaz (Deputy Director, Stockholm Resilience Centre) as
speakers, and with opportunity for the audience to engage in the discussion.
Date: 25th March 2021
Time: 16:00-17:00 (UTC+1)
Registration is required – please see the Earth System Governance Project
website for a complete event description and to
register.<https://bit.ly/speakerseriesesg>
The webinar is co-hosted with the Urban Futures
Studio<https://www.uu.nl/en/research/urban-futures-studio> of Utrecht
