Dear GEP colleagues,

We are three PhD students organising an online workshop for early-career social
science researchers working in the intersection of trade and environment. The
abstract submission deadline is March 1st 2022.

The online workshop aims to provide a platform for young social science
researchers to help understand and address the challenges of regulatory policy
with implications for both trade and environmental concerns. We welcome
submissions that approach regulatory policy from different disciplinary
perspectives, but with a particular focus on political science, international
law, political economy and economics. Applicants may choose to focus on
theoretical or empirical inquiries, using quantitative, qualitative or
mixed-methods, focusing on the private or public sector, international
organizations or non-governmental organizations.

All the best,
Asgeir, Paulina, Simon
