Hi all-

The Department of Marine Affairs at the University of Rhode Island is
hiring an Assistant Professor of Fisheries Management and Policy
<https://jobs.uri.edu/postings/10755>. We are interested in applicants from
a range of disciplines (such as marine affairs, law, economics, ecology,
political science, environmental science or studies, sociology,
anthropology, history, geography, public policy, or related fields).
Deadline is December 15th.

The Marine Affairs department <https://web.uri.edu/maf/> is a really great
place to work. We have the oldest Marine Affairs graduate programs in the
United States. We have an energetic multi-disciplinary faculty doing
cutting-edge work. And the University of Rhode Island is the flagship
public university in the 'Ocean State,' with a critical mass of
ocean-focused researchers. You can surf, sail, and swim to your heart's
content. If you study fisheries topics, this is a great place to be.

Please forward this ad widely, and feel free to contact me directly with
any questions,
