Hi folks: I have a VERY specific query about sources that might help me understand how the overall rules of the Montreal Protocol were implemented domestically (in any and all countries).
I know everything I need to know about the treaty, and bits and pieces in various places about how the rules were actually implemented (e.g. putting a tax on CFCs in early US regulation after the aerosol ban), but I'm assembling my info piecemeal, and am wondering if anyone knows of overviews either of how rules were actually implemented domestically within specific countries, or (pipe dream!) given an overview of how they were implemented domestically in a lot of places. If you have recommendations send them on to me, and if I get a critical mass I'll report back to the list.
