The Department of Political Science at Northwestern University seeks 
applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in 
Environmental Politics, broadly construed, with an expected start on September 
1, 2025. American politics subfield expertise is preferred, although we also 
welcome scholars whose work encompasses environmental/climate politics of the 
US in comparative or international perspective. We are open with regard to 
methodological approach, as well as to behavioral, institutional, state/local, 
political economy, and historical perspectives.
