Hi GEP-ed-ers - we are looking for a department head. While we are a forestry dept., we are very interdisciplinary and would welcome applications from politics scholars whose work has a significant intersection with forestry and are interested in leading a dynamic environmental department.
https://hr.myu.umn.edu/jobs/ext/364560 The Department of Forest Resources at the University of Minnesota seeks a leader for the future to take on the position of department head. The department is one of the oldest forestry programs in the US, but also one that is moving rapidly forward into new areas, combining strength in "traditional" forestry subjects such as silviculture, forest ecology, biometrics, climate change, remote sensing, human dimensions, and forest policy & economics with emerging strengths in urban and tribal natural resource management. We seek a leader who can help us build on these strengths to lead towards a future in which we work with people in Minnesota and around the world to manage our forests for human benefits and nature conservation. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "gep-ed" group.
