Hi, Which version of Gephi do you use ? If you used a released version, you probably don’t launch Gephi in the proper way. Don’t execute Gephi from the JAR file but use the gephi.sh script. If you compiled the sources, you just may have forgotten to link the native libraries in this way : http://gephi.org/community/developer-handbook/howto-set-gephi-in-eclipse/
