Hi, a parser is available at http://gexf.net/lib/. Libgexf is a dynamic
library written in C++ embeddable in programs (MIT license) and provides
binding facilities for Python, Perl, Java and PHP. As this software is
in early development, please provide us the most feedbacks possible.
