Public bug reported:
After using a tool in the toolbar, dragging is not working anymore when
the user is selecting the drag tool.
Way to reproduce:
1) Open Gephi with a graph file or generate one
2) Try dragging a node (keep left mouse pressed), this works
3) Select a tool, "Node Pencil" for instance
4) Reselect drag
