Bug description:
Gephi 0.6 project files are not supposed to be openable by 0.7 version, due to
differences between the two formats.
However Gephi doesn't refuse to open the files and initiate workspaces
incorrectly. That result to a lot of errors later when using the software.
The idea would be to warn user that the file is not compatible.
