Bug description:
Way to reproduce:
1. Open or generate graph
2. Create two groups with nodes that share edges
3. Save project to file
4. Close project
5. Reopen project
The meta-edge between the two group is not displayed
Workaroud: Click On Hierarchy and select Levels.
