Bug description:
Range Filters don't display good range when they are selected for the first
time and filtering is already active.
Way to reproduce:
1) Open Graph with integer column
2) In Filters, create a dummy filter to activate filtering, for instance Equal.
3) Activate filtering
4) Create Range Filter and select it
