just pulled down the source. newly downloaded and installed netbeans 6.8 following your directions, clean and build fails after a bit with this message Scanning for modules in suite H:\cda-gephi\0.7 H:\Program Files (x86)\NetBeans 6.8\harness\suite.xml:172: The following error occurred while executing this line: H:\Program Files (x86)\NetBeans 6.8\harness\build.xml:165: Cannot compile against a module: H:\Program Files (x86)\NetBeans 6.8\platform11\lib\org-openide-util.jar because of dependency: org.openide.util > 7.31.2.1 BUILD FAILED (total time: 23 seconds) poked around a bit re info about that module. and it did seem to have some issues re jdk 1.5 v 1.6. But no specific help re gephi's dependencies. I do apparently have v7.31.2.1 installed. would love to get this built and would appreciate any help about this problem.
