The visualization is limited in size, by an invisible box, that turns to
limit graph expansion and cause display issues. The problem has no
workaround except reducing the size of the graph. This problem appears
notably when Yifan Hu layout is executed on large graphs. The workaround
is to reduce optimal distance option.
