Luc Quoniam posted a new comment: In fact Javaview is a standard in 3D vizualization for some long so that it could be a good extention for 3d vizualization of Gephi network analysis as import/export. But very kind of you to consider the inclusion of the z coordinate... With a real 3D Graphml il will be easier to build a converter, both format are xml...
