Hi, the sources from alpha4 were using Netbeans 6.8, so the error you
are getting is normal.
You have several choice:
- Download Netbeans 6.8 and update it (Check for updates) and then build Gephi
alpha4
- Download the latest trunk source code, and use your Netbeans 6.9, it will
work. See http://gephi.org/developers/intro/
- Fix this problem and replace
<!DOCTYPE filesystem PUBLIC "-//NetBeans//DTD Filesystem 1.1//EN"
"http://www.netbeans.org/dtds/filesystem-1_1.dtd";>
by
<!DOCTYPE filesystem PUBLIC "-//NetBeans//DTD Filesystem 1.2//EN"
"http://www.netbeans.org/dtds/filesystem-1_2.dtd";>
in /DesktopLayout/src/org/gephi/desktop/layout/layer.xml
