Bug description:
Ranking bounds (min, max) are not refreshed although the graph has been
filtered. Therefore the ranking result is wrong.
Way to reproduce:
1) Open Gephi with a sample file
2) Go to Ranking, pick "Degree" and apply a color Ranking
3) Go to Filter module and pick "Degree Range" Filter, change the range and
enable filter. The graph is changed.
4) Click on "Apply" again in Ranking.
The color scale hasn't been refreshed, nor the min and max bounds visible on
the range slider.
