Bug description:
ForceAtlas and Fruchterman Reingold layout algorithm don't use meta-edges for
doing their job.
Way to reproduce:
1) Open a hierarchical graph
2) Navigate to the top of the hierarchy. Meta-edges are displayed.
3) Run layout algorithm
You see the layout is not working
