Hi, maybe you computer techies can help. I recently bought a time machine off a gentleman on Craigslist and he said all I had to do was plug it in and then I could set the dials to the time-period and how long I'd be there until the machine would have to go back. Well I've plugged it and unplugged it several times, always resetting the date/time, and have gotten inside and hit the "go" button and not even the motor starts up. Like, nothing. And I cannot get any support online for this. People don't understand or haven't heard of it or just make stupid comments about why I even think it should work and crap and it's really just frustrating. The guy I bought it from won't answer the phone and there's no service number on the back of the machine. (must've been made in China hahahaha..) But it's called a 2xTimeMachine and it's the 5th version. On back, by the outlet cord it says "Model #AX900-G5" and "Have this number ready when calling customer support". WHAT customer support?! There's no frickin number on it, or else the idiot who sold the thing to me peeled it off the back!! Does ANYone know where I can find info at least on the company 2xTimeMachine? This is really frickin frustrating and I just want it to work. I've always dreamed of having one of these and now I do and I can't go and make some changes in the world for the better. I just want to help. So please help me out with this if you know where this company is located.
