Hi Ned,
I understand that you want to use one of your columns data to rank node size,
right?
Is your column numeric? The columns used for ranking have to be numeric and
they can't be, for example, Strings.
Also, if you need, you can convert a column to another type of column
duplicating the original column in data laboratory.
