Hello everybody thank you for bringing this project alive! We are handling a project about network modeling. We model pour network and we can export the adjacency matrix or graph or other outputs. I contact you concerning two points: 1) representation of the network for web and mobile applications (not sofwtare stand alone) 2) interactivity For the first point I'd like to know if the layout algorithm you use of Yifan Hu is the one he wrote for GraphViz - it means: did you port it from C to java? Any porting to Objective-C ? Is it available as open code? Second part I'd like to know if the library API offered by gephi can be used to represent layouts for both web and mobile app Also: which potentiality are there to add interactivity to hte network? Which framework would you suggest? Would it possible to talk in private for more details about the project? we are also looking for programmers to join the team - so far composed by a post-doc in Physics + graduate in Communication and International Dev.
