Good point, Molly. Although we know there are GML readers in Brazil and
Peru, at least, they haven't sent their locations by email to Julian at
(crass advertising):

How about starting a campaign to enlist gerbil lovers from more places
around the world? I can't think of anything better to break down national
borders than a shared interest in gerbils. We on GML now would also
benefit from hearing how others live with gerbils.
Perhaps some mentions in other mailing lists and newsgroups, with
invitation to email you personally if someone is interested in gerbils?
