Normally I wouldn't ask this... but my gerbils are *so* unbelivably lively I can't take the top off the cage without someone else to stop them jumping out at high speed. None of my other gerbils were ever this bouncy so I'm wondering what can cause hyperactivity in gerbils. BTW - what veggies/fruit can I give to my gerbils? Kathryn, Viola (whee!) and Ophelia (boing!) -- You know you're a gerbil slave if... You can shell a sunflower seed faster than a gerbil.
