Well, sometimes we get duplicates because people forget the default
reply-to address is to the poster, not to the list (which is really
annoying. Julian, next time to talk to Shelly see if she'll change it),
and therefore don't edit out the original poster's address when they
reply.
If she's getting ALL the posts twice, either something is really screwed
up on her end, which we can't really fix, or she's sub-ed to the list
twice.
Amy, see if it's happening with any other email. If it is, we can't
help you from this end.
