Broken kinked or otherwise bent tails are not uncommon and are nearly
always harmless. it is possible for a bad break to interfere with the
blood supply leading to infection etc. look out for this and seek
veterinary attention immediately if there is any sign of angry looking
swelling, discharge etc.
