Please do not reply to GML posts like that one. Silence is more than
golden sometimes.
I'm pretty new on GML but I respect what the veterans advise. Absolutely
ignore someone who has become a troll, a person looking for attention or
to stir up ruckus.
Do I want to advise and assist someone having trouble? Absolutely. I've
tried persistently with that person for months, including a couple days
ago.
When do we see a troll rather than a confused or ignorant writer? After
he/she for months has ignored all efforts at advice, and reprimand, and
flat out anger by other list members.
My heart is where yours is, Lanie. Sometimes we just have to adopt other
methods.
