Seprating Pair & Question

I was thinking of seprating my breeding pair for a little while... She is
going to have another litter, I know she is pg.. My question is, I am going
to want to put them back together maybe in another month or two from now, if
I do the split cage method, do you think they will get along ok? Or will I
have any problems, has anyone done this before?
