A cloudy eye suggests a cataract. A loss of sight is unlikely to
seriously effect a gerbil's quality of life. But I would not breed from
her and I would consider not breeding from any of the siblings or the
parents. Cataracts in young animals are often inherited.
You might want to consult a vet to confirm it is a cataract.
