I know that you can't put 2 females together with a male,
but what about 2 males with a female? I would know who the father
would be cause one is spotted. What will happen when the babies are born?
Will I need to remove one of the males? Sorry for all of the questions.
Thanx
Will
Sorry for the late response,
Is the female spotted? If so then she would be able to produce spotted pups
with a non spotted male. If this is the case, then it may be difficult to
tell who the father is. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
If you want to be sure you know who the father is, I would suggest removing
a male, but that's up to you.
I use to be in the same situation when I started breeding, but soon after
joining the AGS and the GML I decided it would be best not to breed in this
manner. I wasn't able to tell who the father of a litter was. It made
registration difficult.
