Hi Everyone, I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for my niece, Kassandra. The response was tremendous and it made me feel better. I have been unable to reply to everyone personally. This is definitely a time when I needed all of my friends here on the GML. This will be the last update I post on the GML about my niece. From now on I will add her updates to my signature instead of posting to the GML about it. Wednesday Kassandra had surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. The doctor's were pleased that the tumor was soft, making it possible to suction most of it out of her spine. She will have to under-go chemotherapy again to remove the rest of the tumor. She is currently in intensive care for about 2 more days due to the surgery and her previous breathing problems. I would also like to thank those that emailed Kassandra e-cards and messages. She has been to weak to see her messages but her mom is saving them until she is feeling better. Ann-Marie
