.. I'm in a small dillema, because John is
allergic to carefresh and fine with aspen but Marsha seems to
have a small allergic reaction to aspen but is fine with
carefresh.. I'm thinking about doing a mix of like 3 parts aspen
and 1 part carefresh or something.
>Have you considered corn cob bedding? Winter especially likes "burrowing"
down in the new cob bedding like he takes a dust bath.
>Has anyone tried putting corn cob bedding through a coffee grinder or some
such to make the bits smaller? Jasmine and Winter have adapted and I keep
them stocked with cardboard to chew which softens the bedding, but I have
considered grinding the cobs more finely also (a very time-consuming
prospect, I'm sure).
