Hi all, new to forum, and new to gerbils. I have a male and female agouti (Adam and Eve), they're about 12 weeks old (they sure grow quickly!). I believe the female is pregnant, but not positive. I have a question of new behavior they're exhibiting. They push their bedding around with their noses rather roughly, and often. When I have my hand in the aquarium, they push my hand the same way they do the bedding. Do the female (and male) show any particular signs if she is pregnant before she delivers? Not that this new behavior is necessarily related to that, but is it common? Thanks! Kris
