Hi. It`s probably not a good idea to use chemical cleaners for your gerbil`s
cages. Even though you let them air out and the scent is gone the chemicals
are still there. You probably should at least rinse them VERY thoroughly
with warm water after you use the spray cleaner. ~Deb
