My brother got bitten by one of "his" gerbils todya. He can't tell the
difference between Dragon and Omega(even I have trouble sometimes since I
don't know them as well), but it was one of them : 0-( He had him outside
and somehow he got loose--the way Ben told it was that the gerbil bit him,
jumped off his shoulder, and had to be grabbed up repeatedly because he kept
jumping off. Knowing my brother, he's probably not telling the whole story,
and even though I don't think the gerbils like him much I still doubt they'd
actually BITE him without provocation. He did draw blood, though, and Ben's
been keeping him in a different gerbil ball seperate from everyone else...
We're just having the most wonderful times these days with our gerbs, aren't
we? : 0-/ *sigh* Dad is saying we'll have to get rid of the poor gerb now
and sell him to a pet shop. I won't even try to start on that one now, too
late... I do hope Ben has learned his lesson about gerbils and outdoors now,
though! I've been telling him that he shouldn't take them outside ever since
he started, but little brothers seem to have trouble listening sometimes--and
mom was always just saying "well it's his gerbil, well it's his gerbil"(so
that means it's ok for him to go kill them?!). Anyways...
