age to move to new quarters?

Georgia & Austin had seven babies recently, & they're presently living in a
Safari cage, which is way too small for them to grow up in. They're still
in the closed eyes, folded ears stage, but I bought them a 20 long aquarium
to live in. Should I wait until they're moving around on their own before I
move the family into their new home? Or would it be ok to move them now?
