My adult gerbils have done just fine on the pine. But now that I am breeding
one pair I have switched them over to the carefresh (I believe it is called)
because of the respiratory problems other people have been reported with pups.
For a same sexed adult pair, I'll probably keep them on pine. It's cheaper and
I think more attractive.
Has anyone had problems with adult gerbils on pine? And if so, what type of
problems and how severe were they?
