Jird Questions

I have some question regarding Bushy-Tailed Jirds. Any help would
be appreciated.

1. Can hay be used as a bedding, or just corncob?
2. I have a *lot* of questions on breeding. Can the father stay
with the mother for life? When do the pups need to be weaned?
Does the dad need to be seperated at birth? If so, when/if can I
put him back?
2. What food is best?
