Can someone who knows Outlook and Outlook Express please send detailed
instruction to everyone on how to set their software to only send plain
text. I know this has been done before but there are a lot of people,
including Esther and Whitney, who sometimes send HTML messages.

It is very simple... click on format then on - plain text - . The resulting
message will then be in plain text.
