Hi, gang. I am now certified kosher and kak-free, as by Rabbi Norton
Anti-Virus. Only cost me $43 for the Norton Anti-virus 2000 software and
another $30 or so for a call to Norton's techs, as my Dell Dimension was
formatted in a non-standard fashion, so the kak was hiding in a completely
unanticipated place. One false click, my school's computer tech teacher
told me, and I could have utterly wiped out my computer. So, I guess it was
worth the extra $30 or so (I'll know when I get my phone bill) to play it
safe.

Although I frequently updated the McAfee anti-virus software that came with
my new Dell computer, it utterly failed to detect, let alone get rid of, the
kak virus. The Norton DID detect it, but it's one of those ones that
requires you to manually delete it.

I have eliminated the "signature" on any of my e-mails, and made sure it's
in plain text (Go into Tools, Options, click on the Send tab, click on the
plain text radio buttons under the 2 headings Mail Sending Format, News
Sending Format, click Apply, then OK).

I guess this about sums it up. I didn't even KNOW I had kak virus on my
computer, let alone that I was sending it, let alone what the heck it was.
Had never even heard of it!

BTW, if anyone needs any agoutis (Ee), DEH, pied DEH, black, black 'n white,
pied lilac, nutmeg, or argente gerbils, let me know. I have an extreme case
of over-pupulation going right now!
