Today I woke up and my darlin' Banana wasn't fat anymore, she gave birth to
6 pink gerbils. :)
In the 'nest' are now 6 pups, but I found 2 of them in the other corners of
aquarium. Mother did not care, if they were not by others. Father was all
the time in the nest, while mother was diging in the corner. I saw she was
nervous. I think she will make a nest somewhere else. How can I know, that
all the pups will be carried into the new nest? I gave that 2 of pups back
in the nest - wery careful and I did not touch pup's skin with my hands. Did
I do something wrong? Minutes later mother & father were sleeping with pups
in the nest.
I am worried. Must I look into the gerbilarium every day, if something is
wrong? The pups will die, if they were outside the nest...
Please give me some tips!
