Maybe it's a urinary infection, and she needs an anibiotic, fast? How about
a vet.

Uh, Oh, this sounds almost like what my poor Skittels had after giving
birth. Don't know what it is, sorry; but it progressed quickly and was
lethal in the end.
Did not seem to be contagious, because the others never showed any signs.
